How does the customization work?

Easy! You pick a base style (like a top, dress, or pants), and then tweak the neckline, sleeves, length—you name it. Think of it like Build-a-Bear, but make it fashion.

What fabrics do you use?

Only the good stuff. We use organic cotton, linen, hemp, and even recycled fabrics. Nothing synthetic, nothing shady.

Is this actually sustainable? Or is that just a buzzword?

It’s the real deal. We only produce what’s ordered—no excess inventory, no landfill piles. We reuse leftover fabric scraps too. Zero waste is the goal, always.

Who makes the clothes?

Your pieces are handcrafted by skilled local tailors who are paid fairly for their beautiful work. No sweatshops, ever.

Do I need to be a fashion expert to customize?

Nope! You’ll get simple, guided steps—and if you want, you can chat with one of our designers to get personalized advice.

What if I don’t know what I want?

That’s exactly why we offer consultations with a designer. They’ll help you understand your body shape and what styles work best for you—based on your shape, your tones, and most importantly, your personality. The first consultation is our gift to you 💌

What if my custom piece doesn’t fit right?

We use your measurements to get the fit right from the start. But if anything feels off, we’ll work with you to fix it. Your happiness is part of the design.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because we craft each piece just for you, it takes a little longer than fast fashion. Usually around 2–3 weeks. Worth the wait—we promise!
