The magic of custom clothing relies on the measurements you provide. You are the co-creator of your perfect fit! We strongly encourage you to take advantage of our detailed measurement guide or book a free virtual consultation with our style experts before finalizing your order. A little time upfront ensures a piece you’ll love for years.

Our Policy: Alterations & Store Credit

Since every piece is crafted specifically for you, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. However, we are committed to making it right.

• If the fit is off: Contact us at info@realmatelier.com within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, in most cases, offer a one-time complimentary alteration to get the fit just right.

• If an alteration isn’t possible: If the piece cannot be easily altered or if you are still not satisfied after the first alteration, we will happily issue you a full store credit for your purchase price. Each situation is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find the best solution.
